Rai Ko Ris formed in 2000 in Kathmandu, Nepal and have been bashing out their bouncy, catchy and aggressive punk ever since. Kinda reminds me of a rougher Electric Deads. Here's the Himalayan Frostbite EP from 2003 plus their track from the Underground Asia comp. Very good stuff.
