NEGAZIONE EPs

They're back!  Negazione's untouchable Lo Spirito Continua LP was the first post on this thing, and I think it's high time you got some some excellent 7"s to accompany it.  This file has the Condannati A Morte Nel Vostro Quieto Vivere EP and the Tutti Pazzi EP, both from 1985.  Necessary early Italian hardcore and one of my all time favorite bands.  Get Ye With It.

The Creed

I don't know much about The Creed other than this record, Up Against A Brick Wall, and that they're from Japan.  It's pretty straight forward 3-chord street punk, but with a hardcore toughness to it.  It's rockin and catchy, though I can never make it through the whole record.  Try it out, maybe you can.

look at this terrible album cover.

Descarados

Descarados is a US punk group featuring folks from other excellent bands like Sin Orden and Mugre.  But while those bands are more directly aggressive in their hardcore punk, Descarados has a more Rites Of Spring-y, early emo thing going and I like it a lot.  Tour the Southeast, Descarados!

The Victims (AUS)

This band called The Victims was from Perth, Australia (that's west coast, ya'll) and they recorded not that many songs during the years 1977-79, all of which can be found on this 12".  It's that '77 style rock n roll punk that ya like, kinda reminds me of the Kids or the Dils.  Good stuff.

Wretched / Indigesti

I can't believe I haven't posted this stuff yet!  The best of the best!  WRETCHED are what PUNK sounds like.  Total Destroy.  I've included the In Nome Del Loro Potere...EP, the more metallic La Tua Morte Non Aspetta LP, and the sweetest of cherries...the Wretched/Indigesti split 7"!  INDIGESTI were no slouches either, so you get their tracks too.

Contrazione / Franti

Life gets in the way.  It's for the best.

Here's some cool Italian punk for ya.  I don't know anything about these bands, other than I like their music.  CONTRAZIONE is more straightforward hardcore with some tasty and classic riffs.  FRANTI is really interesting.  They are very experimental and atmospheric in their approach and I can't say I've heard any other bands that sound quite like them.  The two bands did a split LP that costs a couple weeks' pay (if you get paid as little as I do), and it's absolutely worth hearing.  I've split the bands into separate folders and added to Contrazione's folder their stellar Cineocchio! Storia E Memoria record.  Enjoy this fantastic Italian punk history!
